Toyota Unveils Heart Pumping Wakudoki Music Videos
Featuring Japanese Group 'World Order'

Singapore, July 14, 2014―Toyota and Japanese group World Order are teaming up to spread love for life through music and videos aimed at the young and the young at heart.

Wakudoki (the Japanese expression for "heart-pumping excitement") is the theme of two music videos shot close to Pattaya, Thailand. The videos reflect the Wakudoki spirit that Toyota has embraced in a bold new move to create cars that stir hearts and excite passions.

Sung and performed in Japanese by the hugely popular Techno-Pop group World Order, the music videos feature their signature choreographed robotic dance performances, reminiscent of their other popular works such as "Machine Civilization" and "Mind Shift".

The lyrics encourage everyone to celebrate the love for life, which transcends all cultural and language barriers.

The first video, "Jungle Wakudoki", was launched on July 14 and features a light-hearted story in which World Order's dance moves and Wakudoki music fascinate jungle tribes. The second music video will be released at a later stage of the campaign.

The music videos are available on the Wakudoki campaign website and social media platforms. Dance contests will be held across eight participating countries: India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Sixteen entrants will win a pair of Beats by Dr. Dre urBeats headphones, while eight entrants will win a five day trip to Tokyo.
