TMC Holds Company Entrance Ceremony

Toyota City, Japan, April 1, 2015—Toyota Motor Corporation held its annual company entrance ceremony for new employees here today.

Participants, totaling approximately 300 people, included 42 executives (including Chairman Takeshi Uchiyamada and President Akio Toyoda), 16 representatives from the Toyota Motor Workers' Union and various management groups, and division representatives.

The 1,504 new employees present (compared to 1,256 at last year's ceremony) comprised 123 in administration, 517 in engineering, 46 in clerical fields, 758 in technical fields and 60 in health services.
