TMC Announces Executive, Organizational, and Personnel Changes
Toyota City, Japan, August 31, 2015―Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) today announces executive and organizational changes, as well as personnel changes at the sub-executive managerial level. These changes are scheduled to take effect on September 1.
- Organizational Changes
Division not belonging to a group
The BR Olympic & Paralympic Dept. will be newly established and treated as a division.
- Purpose
- To enable a quicker and more flexible promotional structure in view of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
After the above changes are implemented, the number of divisions will increase to 230 from the current 229.
